The Organising Committee of Public Assembly for Restoration of Peace in Manipur has expressed gratitude to all the presidents and elected members of all the political parties of every assembly constituency supporting the present government for acknowledging the resolutions adopted during the public meeting held on July 16.In a release, the committee informed that it does not have any grudge to any of the members of mandals of certain assembly constituencies who violated the resolutions adopted during the assembly for their personal gains as the committee considers them as persons who are unaware of the present crisis in the state.
The release further informed that the committee is astonished to see mandals of some of the assembly constituencies not following the resolutions adopted which included to press the state and central government to translate into action the 10 point ultimatum for restoring peace in Manipur, to stage sit-in protest by the mandals and workers of all assembly constituencies and to urge the state and central government to take action against the 10 Kuki MLAs who are trying to destroy the state.
