Memo submitted to MLA Kh Loken, BJP VP O Lukhoi

Wangoi assembly constituency denizens submitted memorandums in connection with the present volatile situation in the state to Wangoi MLA Kh Loken and BJP vice president and ex-MLA O Lukhoi at their respective residences on Sunday.
The memorandum demanded that the culprits involved in the killing of students Lingthoingambi and Hemanjit should be arrested and punished at the earliest, Government of India should stop SoO bound Kuki militants from attacking students and innocent people, enforce uniform law in hills and valley, resolve prevailing crisis in the state, implement NRC in state and uproot Kuki narco-terrorists from Manipur.
Since, MLA Kh Loken is presently at Delhi, the memorandum was handed over to his elder brother Kh Achouba, after which the MLA talked with the people through mobile phone.
During the talk, he assured to work as per the wishes of the public.
Expressing that he shares and understands the grief of the people regarding the murder of the two students, Loken maintained that if the present conflict is not resolved soon he will join the public in subsequent agitation over the issue.
