Essential items distributed to relief camps

Many organisations, local clubs and individuals continue to provide relief materials to various relief camps opened in different parts of the state.
On Monday, Amitians MSc Biotech 2007 & Boston College Batch-mates 2005 provided 1 month van fee for 23 students taking shelter at Santhong Relief Camp in Bishnupur.
Naoroibam Ibemhal Devi of Sagolband Tera Loukrakpam Leikai provided edibles to the relief camp opened at Manipur Trade and Expo centre in Lamboi Khongnangkhong; Leiren Brick Field Kakching owner Naorem Nopur Singh, Lamkhai Brick Field-Kakching Lamkhai owner Nongmaithem Ibopishak and Kakching Brick Field-Kakching owner Kshetrimayum Joy provided firewood to the inmates of the relief camp opened at Kakching Indoor Stadium; PAN India Manipur Meitei Scientists and Academician Association (PIMSAA) provided 1200 school bags for the student inmates of the relief camps opened at Keirak, Langmeidong and Elangkhangpokpi in addition to other relief materials provided at Tronglaobi and Oksabung relief camps; Junior Chamber International (JCI), Imphal Iconics distributed edibles to the inmates of Thanngmeiband Tombisana High School, Khoyathong.
Meanwhile, the Royal Academy of Science, Kongba provided financial assistance to the students who suffered injuries during agitations and are undergoing treatment.
The financial assistance were provided to the injured students namely Uttam Soibam, Wahengbam Jotin, Johnson Mayanglambam and Kishan Loitongbam.
