Essential items donated to relief camps

Imphal, September 30 2023:
In connection with Irabot Day observance, LG Motors, Khagempalli Huidrom Leikai donated essential items to relief camp set up at UFO Middle South HQ, Mayang Imphal Charoipung on Saturday.
While informing that the relief camp currently houses people displaced from Churachandpur, Moreh, Phougakchao Ikhai, Ikou, Pukhao, etc., LG Motors said in a release that the donated items include rice, onion, potato, edible oil, detergent and vegetables.
Meanwhile, International Association of Lions distributed essential items to displaced people staying in five relief at Manipur Trade and Expo Centre, Lamboikhongnangkhong; Ideal College, Akampat; Kodompokpi Sports Complex, Wangjing; Rice Research Station, Wangbal; and OBC Girls Hostel, Lamding Higher Secondary School, Thoubal district under Project LCIF India for Manipur Crisis Relief.
In a release, LCIF India Grant for Manipur Crisis Relief FVDG cum project chairperson Th Keso Singh informed that Association's district governor Santanu Lahkar, Imphal West deputy commissioner Thokchom Kirankumar, Imphal East DC Kh Diana, Thoubal DC A Subhash-Singh and Lions Club officials were present during the distribution of relief materials on Saturday.
One Potshangbam Manglem Meitei of Kha Potshangbam Mamang Leikai also presented 'Langban Khudol' to 25 elderlies staying in relief camps set up at Mangolnganbi College, Ningthoukhong and Old Mini Secretariat Complex, Loukoipat in Bishnupur district on
Saturday.
