Blood donated, relief items distributed

In connection with its 15th foundation anniversary, Cleave (Progressive Metal Band) organised a one day blood donation camp on the theme of 'Imagidamkta E kathoklashe' at Blood Bank and Transfusion Unit of JNIMS on Monday.
Altogether 25 units of blood was donated by the band members, family and friends.
Meanwhile, Forum for Ex-Delhi students organised blood donation camp at RIMS Blood Bank on Sunday during which 30 people, including former chief secretary Oinam Nabakishore, ex-IG Elangbam Priyokumar and other Forum members donated blood.
Meanwhile, United Development Association (UDA), Khangabok provided packaged drinking water, mos-quito coil, juice, etc., to mei-ra paibi activists who are on night vigil at various locations along the NH102 due to the restive situation in the state.
The said items were contributed by UDA members.
All Manipur Music Association, Action Aid Association and People Resource Development Association Bishnu-pur Branch also distributed essential items including edibles to relief camps set up at Kumbi Central High School and Oinam Government Girls' Higher Secondary School while Manipuri Sah-itya Parishad Assam, Hojai donated a sum of Rs 15,000 to Raj Medicity to help in treatment of those injured in the ongoing violence.
