Their demands also included non-issuance of TC/NOC by previous schools based in the valley and COHSEM/BSEM, exemption of Transfer fees at schools and COHSEM and BSEM, delimiting change of subjects due to non-availability at in Chandel and Tengnoupal, non-availability of desired subjects by displaced students from valley to the two hill districts and provision to engage guest lecturers and teachers wherever subject teachers are not available.
The NSUC and its units also appreciated the education minister, director of education (S) and commissioner of education for their role in helping the displaced students of Manipur as a whole and not just the students of the hills.
