CC Meet: NISA, AMOFA, AIM register victories

NISA, AMOFA and AIM emerged the victors in the Thursday's fixtures of the 63rd CC Meet while the day's three other matches all ended in draws.
Md Raheman struck twice as NISA (Thangmeiband) came from behind to outscore NESU (Khurai) 4-2 in a Group A match at Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.
NESU were ahead in the 14th minute after S Devason found space to send the ball into the back of the net.
The celebration was short-lived as NISA responded in a matter of three minutes through L Shangkar before Md Raheman converted in the 40fh minute to ensure the Thangmeiband squad went into the second period leading 2-1.NISA built on their 2-1 lead, collecting a double in the space of five minutes after the break.
H Telheiba found their third goal in the 70th minute and MD Raheman made it 4-1 in the 75th minute before Monish reduced the deficit for NESU in the 77th minute, NESU failed to mount a comeback in the remaining minutes.
Mohamad Ejaj's double help AMOFA (Moirang) pull off a comeback 2-1 win over DMRAO (Awang Sekmai) in their Group B.meeting.
After a goalless first half, DMRAO took the lead in the 50th minute through S Walson Singh, only to see their lead cancelled out by Mohamad Ejaj's 61st minute strike for AMOFA.
In the ensuing battle, Ejaj scored again for AMOFA in the 79th-minute as the Moirang side held on to seal the victory.
AIM (Khabam Lamkhai), meanwhile, scored at both ends to scrape past ASSA (Sangaiyumpham) 2-1 in other Group B match at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.
N James Singh put AIM in front in the 24th minute but ASSA got back to level terms in the 65th minute with Md Arish Khan on target.
In a tight second-half battle, AIM rose to the contest with their second goal in the 86th minute courtesy of Kh Jacky for the eventual 2 1 result.
Earlier in a Group A encounter, KSC (Kangpokpi) and SU (Sagolband) played out a 2- 2 draw at Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.
An own goal in the 5th minute by Seilenlal gave KSC a 1-0 advantage but SU drew level in the 23rd minute through Basanta before the Kangpokpi side regain their lead courtesy of Lenminlal's first-half injury-time goal.
SU found the equaliser in the 75th minute through Jerry.
Both teams were unable to break the deadlock in the remaining minutes and had shared the spoils.
The day's Group C match between KIYC (Kshetrigao) and GSYC (Lonpi) ended in a 1-1 tie, with William Ginlunlen scoring for the Lonpi side in the 82nd minute and Worchuipei equalising for the Kshetrigao team in the 89th minute.
In a keenly contested Group D match, YPHU (Lalambung Makhong) and SYMROPIA FC (Churachandpur) settled for a 2-2 draw.
Lunkhongam gave YPHU the upper hand when he netted in the 39th minute but ' K Lalchhuansanga restored parity for SYMROPIA in the 52nd minute.
Lunkhongam at it again in the 55th minute to put YPHU 2-1 up before Paokhongam fired home the leveller in the 64th minute for SYMROPIA.
