State cricket team reaches Ahmedabad

Imphal, December 31 2022:
Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA)'s 15-member team for the Col CK Nayudu Trophy 2022-23 on Saturday reached Ahmedabad (Gujarat), where the state squad will kick off their campaign on January 1, 2023 .
The tournament follows the same format as the Ranji Trophy.
The team includes Ngariyanbam Jameson Singh (captain), Muhammed Al Bashid (vice-captain), Ayekpam Rakesh Singh, Aziz Mirza, Chingakham Bidash Meitei, Dennis Khangenbam, Jay Singh, Khaidem Joyraj Meitei, Khangembam Santosh Singh, Kiran Laishram, Leikhram Johny Singh, Ningthoujam Sanjit Singh, Sanjenbam Suresh Singh, Suraj Kharibam and Thokchom Anand Singh.
Manipur will start their campaign against Railways (January 1-4 at Ahmedabad) , followed by matches against Tamil Nadu (January 8-11 at Coimbatore), Pondicherry (January 15-18 at Ahmedabad), Assam (January 29-February 1 at Tinsukia, Assam), Uttar Pradesh (February 5-8 at Coimbatore) and Jharkhand (February 12-15 at Jam shedpur) .
