Acknowledging the concern of the people affected by the bandh being imposed on National Highway 2, the North East Indigenous People's Forum (NEIPF) has appealed to all the communities in the North East region to minimize human tragedies and focus on peaceful and harmonious coexistence during a meeting with Southern Angami People's Organisation (SAPO) at Kigwema.
The NEIPF emphasized that, there is a significant socio-cultural and socio-economic relationship among the communities sparsely spread in the region.
