The Politburo Standing Committee of the armed outfit, Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) has clarified that it has no connection whatsoever with one Telem Sushilkumar Singh, who was arrested by Imphal East police commando on April 27.According to a statement issued by KCP-Politburo Standing Committee, the people of Manipur are well aware of common practice of Indian security forces including Manipur police commando of arresting innocent civilians and branding them as members of underground groups to cover up their failure to apprehend the real ones.
