AR saves woman bitten by snake

Imphal, July 06 2021:
Loktak Battalion Assam Rifles of IGAR (South) extended lifesaving medical assistance to a woman from Moirang Khoiru Leirak village in Bishnupur district, who was bitten by a snake.
According to PRO IGAR (S), the 49-year old woman was bitten by a venomous snake on Monday and was rushed by villagers to Assam Rifles Sendra Company Operating Base.
AR medical centre immediately rendered lifesaving medical care to the woman and stabilised her condition, it said.
