Sena leader Tombi meets MSME minister

Shiv Sena Manipur president N Tombi met Union MSME minister Narayan Rane on Sunday in New Delhi and pressed the latter to take up steps for providing jobs to unemployed youth of Manipur.
Sharing details of his meeting with Union minister to The People's Chronicle over phone, N Tombi said that the minister Narayan assured of visiting Manipur on November 20 to witness the Sangai Tourism festival.
According to N Tombi, his meeting with Narayan mainly dwelt on natural alliance between Shiv Sena and BJP after formation of the government in Maharashtra and the issue of unemployment problem.
He said that the Union minister was pressed to take up necessary steps under the ministry for providing jobs to 10 lakh unemployed youths officially registered in the state's employment exchange offices.
He also said that the Union minister gave patient hearing to the points he raised during the meeting and responded positively.
Later, the Union minister assured of visiting Manipur most probably on November 20 and visit Loktak lake, Tombi informed.
N Tombi also informed that he met other Shiva Sena leaders and Union ministers during the visit to New Delhi and apprised them about issues of the state particularly unemployment problem.
