Jiribam projects reviewed by CM

Imphal, April 03 2015 :
A high level team under the chairmanship of the chief minister Okram Ibobi today reviewed the developmental projects undertaken at Jiribam.
Apart from the chief minister, Thoudam Devendra, revenue, law , forest and environment minister there were high officials of police and the departments concerned.
The meeting reviewed the projects relating to the 50 bedded hospital, super market, Model high school, police training centre, a police station, sports complex and ITI at Kadamtala.
Some officials wanted inauguration of projects.
However the chief minister told them that the inauguration will be done only when the projects are completed.
It was made known that fund and other logistical supports from the government are not wanting and that necessary funds are released.
CM inspects Power sub-stations
Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh on Friday inspected the progress of works at Tangkham Lamphel Soipat in Imphal East and Yumrembam Power Sub-station.
The Chief Minister inspected the foundation laying works of 132 KV Power Tower in Imphal East and later inspected the infrastructure for 400 KV power distributions at Yurembam Power Sub-station.
The 132 KV power tower constructed at IE will be connected to Yaingangpokpi Power Sub-station.
During the inspection, the Chief Minister was accompanied by Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly Th Lokeshwor Singh; Adviser to Chief Minister Jarnail Singh; Managing Director of Manipur State Power Company Ltd.
