BJP to issue poll manifesto today : RK Ranjan

Union Minister of State for Education and External Affairs RK Ranjan Singh has categorically stated that the election manifesto of the BJP which will be released by party National president JP Nadda tomorrow incorporates many agenda to delivere the aspirations of the masses.
RK Ranjan is chairman of the BJP manifesto drafting committee.
Addressing a press briefing at Nityaipat Chuthek today, the Union Minister continued that the BJP election manifesto largely focuses on Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas beliefs of Prime Minister Naredra Modi which translates as 'Together, for everyone's growth, with everyone's trust' .
Saying that opinions of the people and experts were considered while drafting the manifesto, RK Ranjan continued that about 1.58 lakh people from the 60 Assembly segments of Manipur gave their suggestions for consideration.

Saying that about 85 thousands people gave their viewpoints via SMS and phone calls too, RK Ranjan maintained that the manifesto of BJP was drafted after considering all the suggestions.
Thanking the people of Manipur for giving the BJP an opportunity to serve them, the Union Minister continued that the BJP has eliminated bandh culture as assured before the 2017 election, apart from providing free health care facility, inaugurating Makru and Barak bridges and bringing the goods train till Tamenglong.
The railways connectivity will reach Tupul by March this year, RK Ranjan continued and added that the railway line will reach up to border town Moreh.
He further stated the project to construct border roads is in the pipeline.
Continuing that the Government is putting efforts to upgrade Jiribam Railway Station, RK Ranjan stated that the State Government has sent a proposal to employ local toy trains at several foothill areas, which will make the places unique.The BJP at the Centre also implemented the Inner Liner Permit System in Manipur to protect the identity of the indigenous people, he added.
Further stating that over 3.60 lakh people of Manipur are covered under Ayushman Bharat which guarantees free health care facility worth upto Rs 5 lakh while another 4.46 lakh people have been given CMHT cards to receive free health care facility up to Rs 2 lakh, the Union Minister continued that the Centre has also sanctioned Rs 380 thousand crore to upgrade Imphal Jiribam road to a four lane and another Rs 560 crore to upgrade RIMS.
