Successful candidates feted

A felicitation function was held at Sagolband Amudon Community Hall.
As part of the function, prizes were distributed to the successful classes 10 and 12 students and the successful MCS candidates of the 2013 batch were warmly fecilitated.
Giving his speech on the occasion, RK Imo MLA Sagolband A\C stressed on the need of competition amongst the students.
Pointing at the decreasing number of students learning in government run schools, he suggested a proper transfer policy in order to bring about a positive change in government schools.
He also pointed out the problem of braindrain prevalent in the state due to lack of engineering or professional colleges.
He also shared his intention of setting up good colleges in the land to prevent further drain of the state economy to other states.
