LJP (Ramvilas) National youth president Pranab Kumar has stated that the party would contest election in at least 10 Assembly seats of Manipur.
Pranab Kumar handed over the LJP (Ramvilas) ticket for Khurai Assembly segment to Heisnam Subhas today.
Speaking to media persons at Kongpal Kongkham Leikai, Pranab Kumar continued that LJP (Ramvilas) will release its second candidates list tomorrow.
Saying that his party will contest Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh elections too, he maintained that LJP contested Manipur Assembly election in 2012 and 2017 and won one seat.
Further stating that the candidates of LJP (Ramvilas) include some ex-MLAs, he exuded confidence that the party will win more seats in the upcoming election and take part in Government formation.
He continued that LJP (Ramvilas) and its State unit have been sorting out the genuine issues of Manipur and the basic needs so as to include them in the party manifesto.
LJP (Ramvilas) will not incorporate impractical agendas in its manifesto, he added.
Maintaining that Subhas is a qualified individual who is committed to work for the people, he appealed all to vote for LJP (Ramvilas) in the election.
