Free health check up camp held, aid extended

Bishnupur, January 28 2024:
Lions Club of Imphal in collaboration with Lions Club of Moirang organised an eye and diabetes screening camp at Moirang Multipurpose Higher Secondary School.
The screening camp was accompanied by distribution of essential items to the conflict survivors/IDPs of Terakhongshangbi Mamang Leikai Relief Camp, said a press release issued by Manas Maisnam, secretary Lions Club of Imphal.
Around 60 persons received consultations at the eye check up camp while roughly 40 patients availed themselves of the diabetes screening test.

In addition, the visiting patients were provided with a facility to check their blood pressure.
On the other hand, daily essential items such as onion, garlic, vegetables, sanitary pads etc were distributed to the IDPs from the relief camp.
Moirangthem Mangi, president, Salai Kanba Lup, relief camp manager, conveyed his gratitude to Lions Club of Imphal and Lions Club of Moirang for their generosity.
