Relief materials provided to displaced children

Bishnupur, January 08 2024:
In a collaborative effort, Seva Bharati Manipur and My Home India provided woollen jerseys and notebooks to the displaced children taking refuge at various relief camps across Bishnupur district today.
The above initiative has been taken up in continuation of the philanthropic activities aimed at promoting the welfare of conflict survivors who are facing immense challenges ever since the outbreak of the communal conflict in the State since May last year.

In today's drive, woollen jerseys and note books were distributed to more than 2000 displaced children taking refuge at 40 relief camps in the district.
RSS Jila Pracharak, Thokchom Ningthem; Jila Karyawah Yengkokpam Priyachandra; Jila Seva Pramukh Nongthombam Bhopendro and Jila Mahavidyalaya Vidyarthi Pramukh Wangkhem Premjit were also present at the occasion.
Further, Seva Bharati Manipur and My Home India also declared that the initiative of distributing blankets will be started soon for young mothers staying at relief camps.
