Aid provided to snake bite victim

Imphal, April 27 2022:
Churachandpur Battalion of IGAR (S) extended lifesaving medical assistance to a snake bite victim from Gangpimawl village in Churachandpur district on Tuesday.
According to PRO IGAR (S), a 28-year-old bitten by a venomous snake and showing symptoms of mild fever, vomiting and headache, was rushed by the villagers to the medical aid post of Assam Rifles located at Veng in Churachandpur.
The medical team promptly provided lifesaving medical assistance to stabilise his condition, added the PRO in a release.
