Imphal, July 15 2021:
North East India Development Party (NEIDP) Central Working Committee interim president ex-MLA Sapam Kunjakeshwar has quit the party on Wednesday.
Kunjakeshwar, who is more popularly known as Keba and had contested the 2017 state assembly election as the party's candidate from Patsoi AC, resigned from the primary membership of NEIDP on Wednesday and submitted his resignation paper to the party president.
The reason for his resignation from the party is cited as personal but sources said that Keba is likely to join BJP.
