K Ranjit said the time has come for the people of Kakching AC to elect the best candidate instead of people who are bleaked in their political stand.
Speaking at the event, INC president and Nambol AC MLA N Loken said the people of Kakching AC had had voted for the current MLA with high hope as he was academically very sound.
