Seminar on drug-use prevention held

In continuation of its anti-drug campaign, Manipuri Students' Federation (MSF) organised a seminar on 'Drugs use prevention' and distributed prizes of a district level essay competition conducted on the topic ' Impact of Drug on the Life of Youths' at National Research Centre located near Manipur University gate.
In a release, MSF assistant publicity secretary Mutum Nongdamba Mangang informed that the programme held Sunday was attended by Manipur University Zoology Department head Professor Mohilal Meitei, S Kula Women's College, Nambol principal Dr W Robindro Singh and MSF president Khangembam Bidyasagar as presidium members.
The seminar moderated by MU Department of Education head associate professor Dr Premlata Maisnam was attended by Spiritual Harbour Substance Use Disorder Treatment Centre chief functionary Huiningshubam Kishorchand, Holistic Vista SUD Treatment Centre chief functionary Lalit Sapam and MSF Affairs on Drug Use Prevention consultant Rk Gunikanta as panelists, the release added.
