Flag hoisted for NPP's Kh Loken

Flag hoisting ceremony of NPP candidate for Wangoi assembly constituency Khuraijam Loken was held at his Thiyam Leishangkhong residence along with performing religious rituals in the presence of his supporters on Monday.
Later, a poll campaign meeting was held with NPP national general secretary and Arunachal Pradesh MLA Mutchu Mithi and NPP Wangoi Kendra Committee president Th Manglemba as chief guest and president respectively.
Former chairman of Manipur Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation Sagolsem Achouba, retired senior lecturer W Sanahanbi, NPP Election Committee Wangoi president Yumnam Ibocha were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Loken asserted that the 2022 election is a crucial test for the people of Wangoi AC and they must choose their representative wisely.
The present BJP led government was made possible by NPP but BJP withdrew power from the NPP MLAs.
In Wangoi AC too, the BJP MLA shows biased nature and, he leaves out areas where he did not get votes from taking up development projects.
It is time to teach the BJP MLA the right lesson, he said and urged the public to support him in the upcoming election.
NPP national general secretary Mutchu Mithi also called upon the people of the state to support NPP in bringing about a better, developed and peaceful Manipur.
