Flag hoisting ceremonies of intending candidates held widely

As the State is preparing on full swing for the ensuing 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election and the voting date is just round the corner, flag hoisting ceremonies for many intending candidates of various assembly constituencies are being held widely.
ANDRO
Chief Minister N Biren Singh has said that there are certain limitations in a coalition government and urged the people of the State to give absolute majority to BJP to enable the government to serve the people better.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh made the statement while attending the flag hoisting ceremony of BJP candidate in Andro AC Th Shyamkumar today at his residence in Andro Chingkhong and added that the people should be very wary of political parties that are spreading communal hatred.
It is very fortunate that the people of Andro AC had elected Th Shyamkumar as their representative, he added.

The Chief Minister also added that Th Shyamkumar is a selfless person when it comes to the welfare of his people and appealed the people of Andro AC to vote for him.
The flag hoisting programme was also attended by MP Leishemba Sanajaoba, BJP Manipur Pradesh vice president Nimbus Nongthombam and other BJP leaders.
Khurai
The flag hoisting ceremony of BJP candidate from Khurai AC, L Susindro was held at his residence at Khurai Sajor Leikai.
Speaking on a public meeting held at Yaima Shanglen after the flag hoisting ceremony, Himanta Biswa Sharma, Chief Minister of Assam said that seeing the huge number of people who have turned out for the occasion, he expressed strong belief that L Susindro will emerge victorious in the ensuing election.
He also recounted the significant contributions of L Susindro in the formation of BJP Government and also during the Covid times in the interest of the people of Khurai AC in particular.
He further assured that he will extend best possible support to L Susindro and also to the people of Khurai AC.
Today's programme was also attended by BJP National Spokesperson and Manipur Election-in-charge, Sambit Patra, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister of State, Pratima Bhoumik and members of BJP Manipur Pradesh and Khurai Mandal.
Also flag hoisting ceremony of LJP (Ram Villas) candidate, Heisnam Subhas from Khurai AC was held today at his residence at Kongpal Kongkham Leikai.
After the flag hoisting ceremony, a public meeting was organised at the ground of United Club which was attended by LJP (R) Khurai Unit president Md Akimuddin and Advisor Th Shyamkishore among others.
Langthabal
The flag hoisting ceremony of NPP candidate from Langthabal AC, Karam Nabakishore was held at his residence at Langthabal Kunja today and speaking on the occasion, K Nabakishore said that the people of Langthabal AC will vote for the most deserving candidate no matter how much the big political parties conspire against him.
Patsoi
Addressing the gathering on the occasion of flag hoisting ceremony at his residence at Changangei Uchekon, RK Rameshwar, the NPP candidate from Patsoi AC expressed belief that he will win the ensuing election with a huge margin from his nearest rival.
If he is elected as the people's representative, he will focus on enhancing human resources, formulating proper trade policies and to outline a roadmap for tourism.
Sekmai
The Indian National Congress candidate of Sekmai AC, N Biren has alleged that the indifferent attitude of the BJP led Central and State Government is responsible for the failure to set up National Sports University in the State.
He made the above allegations while speaking on the occasion of his flag hoisting ceremony held at his residence at Phayeng Karang.
He further stated that the BJP is more keen on making publicity stunts rather than taking up developmental works for the people.
Owing to such actions, the masses have come to know the true colours of BJP which has led to the strengthening of Congress wave in the State, he added.
Singjamei
Speaking on the flag hoisting ceremony held at his residence at Singjamei Chingamathak today, Ngangbam Robert, the JDU candidate from Singjamei AC said that he will strive earnestly to make Singjamei a model constituency if the people vote for him and elect him as the representative.
He further assured that he will ensure that the various centre sponsored schemes are carried out effectively in Singjamei AC so as to generate employment among the people of the constituency.
Yaiskul
The NPP candidate of Yaiskul AC, Huidrom Vikramjit has categorically stated that he will develop the two highways under Yaiskul AC as per the latest standard if he is elected in the ensuing election.
He made the above statement on the occasion of his flag hoisting ceremony held at Wangkhei Thangjam Leikai today.
Taking a dig at the functioning of the incumbent BJP led State Government, he said that Manipur is in a regressive state owing to the failures of the Government to implement significant measures in the interest of the people.
He also expressed that the State will experience a bleak future if the present trend of incompetent governance continues.
