'BJP will come back to power in upcoming State Assembly election'

President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BYJM), State Unit, Manoharmayum Barish Sharma appealed to the people of Ukhrul to fight the upcoming State Assembly Election to ensure that BJP comes back to power through concerted efforts by the people of the hills and the valley region of Manipur.
He made the above appeal during the Prabhas rally which was held at Ukhrul district yesterday.
In connection with the event, State office bearers of BYJM and its executive members visited different villages in the district and distributed edible items.
Later a meeting was convened at the Ukhrul Town Hall organised by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Ukhrul district which was attended by the district presidents of the three Assembly Constituencies in Ukhrul district and its office bearers.

During the meeting, M Barish stated that the incumbent BJP Government led by Chief Minister N Biren Singh has been striving for the development of hill and valley regions equally and to strengthen the bond of love and harmony among its people.
He expressed belief that BJP will win majority of the seats in the upcoming State Assembly Election next year and will come back to power and urged all to work earnestly for the same.
He also strongly denounced the claim made by the Congress senior leader Jairam Ramesh that the State Government is diverting urea to the poppy cultivation areas and opined that such a statement may deteriorate the bond among the people of the hills and valley and puts the people of the hilly areas in the wrong light.
M Barish also alleged that the Congress Party always try to instigate hatred among the people of the hills and the valley.
