District Administration Bishnupur to launch "Meeyamgi Numit"

Bishnupur, June 27 2022: Deputy Commissioner Bishnupur, Lourembam Bikram has informed all the District Level Officers (DLOs), public leaders and public that the District Administration Bishnupur will be launching "Meeyamgi Numit" on July 15, 2022 .

In an office memorandum, the DC mentioned that the order was issued in pursuance of the decision taken by the State Cabinet on May 18, 2022 and letter No PLGI-401/1/2022-PLG-PLANNING dated June 20, 2022 of Director (Planning), Manipur.

"Meeyamgi Numit" will be launched with the following guidelines: Every 3rd Friday of a month is hereby earmarked as "Meeyamgi Numit" .

If 3rd Friday of a month happens to be general holiday or public holiday then the previous working day will be organised as the District "Meeyamgi Numit"; For smooth functioning, better facilitation and co-ordination, a special dedicated "Meeyamgi Numit" Cell is hereby constituted with Hanjabam Bobby Sharma, MCS Additional DC as District Coordinator and Ejaj Hassan, MCS, AC to DC, Bishnupur as Assistant Coordinator; and On the "Meeyamgi Numit", all DLOs will be present along with necessary preparation and specific assistance will be given preferably on the same date itself.

The DC also mentioned that anyone can send his/her grievances on WhatsApp No 9612122811 or email- meeyamginumit.bpr@gmail.com , at least 3 days before every 3rd Friday of the month.

"Meeyamgi Numit" in respect of Bishnupur District will be held every 3rd Friday of the month from 9.30 am onwards at Panchayat Resource Centre, Bishnupur.
