Lectures on Indian armed forces conducted

Imphal, June 27 2022:
Churachandpur Battalion of IGAR (South) con ducted a lecture on recruitment schemes to join Indian Army and Assam Rifles at S Khollian village in Churachandpur district on Monday.
In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that 20 civilians attended the lecture and they were briefed about various types of entries and qualifications criteria to join Indian Armed Forces.
On the other hand, Khoupum Battalion of IGAR (South) in coordination with RBCC, ZSUKA and TAZEI conducted a lecture on Indian armed forces for youth of Khoupum village in Noney district on Monday.
A total of 250 local youths attended the lecture and they were briefed about various types of entries and criteria to join Indian armed forces.
The local administration and villagers appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles in educating them on these aspects, the PRO said.
