Parents' body pleads for release of missing teens

Parents and Guardians' Association Don Bosco, Langjing has appealed to any group or people concerned to release students Maibam Avinash alias Khaba and Ningthoujam Anthony alias Temba, who Went missing from Awang Sekmai on November 5, taking into consideration of their young age and on humanitarian ground.
In a press meet held at Manipur Press Club here on Wednesday, Association president Ningthoujam Hemachandra appealed against terrorising or kidnapping students, who are the future pillars of the society and the country.
He also urged the central and state governments as well as all communities in Manipur to help find the teenagers and hand them over to their worried parents.
He further appealed to the Catholic society to extend their support in finding Avinash, who is studying in Class X at Don Bosco High School, Langjing, since the school is under the society.
Hemachandra then cautioned that the Association is prepared to launch protests if the above requests are not look into.
