Hence, locals submitted several memorandums to authority concerned for delimitation of KMC Ward No 4 A sub-committee was formed by KMC on July 14, 2010 while a memorandum of understanding was signed between JCC and the sub-committee on June 16, 2016 over the delimitation issue but nothing has been implemented on ground regarding this so far, it mentioned.
The memo urged the CM to look into the matter at the earliest and start delimitation process for KMC Ward No 4 before conduct of urban local body election.
Meanwhile, the CM has directed authority concerned to address the issue as soon as possible.
