Relief materials for children worth Rs 1 crore flagged off

Imphal, October 31 2023:
The Deputy Commissioner of Imphal West, Th Kirankumar Singh today flagged off relief products donated by Patanjali from the Imphal West DC complex.
The relief materials will be distributed to the relief centres in Imphal West, Imphal East, Thoubal, Bishnupur, Kakching, Churachandpur, Kangpokpi and Tengnoupal districts respectively.
The donation was made by Patanjali, the National Resource Organisation of DAY-NRLM under the initiative of Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission (MSRLM) .

With a commitment to aid the most vulnerable section of the society, Patanjali has donated goods worth Rs 1 crore to support the children and infants residing at relief camps across the State.
Recognising the urgent need for basic nutrition, the contribution of Patanjali aims to ensure that the young kids receive proper nourishment.
Items donated include suji, atta, cornflakes, biscuits, oats and sugar among others.
The flagging off function was attended by N Bandana Devi, State Mission Director, MSRLM, officials and staff of MSRLM.
