Three day summer camp held

The three day summer camp of Assam Public School, Mantripukhri was flagged off on May 25 by a loud roar from the children.
120 children from the school participated in the summer camp.
In addition a six days workshop for teachers is also being conducted in the school.
According to a statement issued by PRO HQ IGAR (S), the course of summer camp got an opportunity to participate in various adventure activities like rock climbing, horse riding and also visit various tourist spots in and around Imphal City.
The aim of organized is to gain knowledge of the culture and traditions of Manipur, to inculcate a spirit of adventure and to create the team spirit and bonhomie among the students, the statement added.
