John Barla inspects PMJVK projects interacts with minority leaders

The Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs, Government of India, John Barla on Friday inspected the ongoing projects under PMJVK in Senapati District Headquarters.
The Union Minister inspected the Model Residential School, Working Women Hostel and Sabhavna Mandap in Senapati.
Speaking on the occasion, John Barla expressed his joy over the progress of the project and with the work taken up by the State Government.
The Union Minister also stated that he would help the people of Senapati which consist mostly of minority groups.
He appealed to the members present to take hold of every opportunity and ben-'efits given to the minority through the Ministries.
On his tour, John Barla was accompanied by Director, Deputy Director, FO, CE, EE of MOBC Department, Imphal and SP, SDO's and officials from DRDA, Senapati.
Meanwhile, John Barla also interacted with various minority leaders and communities during a function held at Mantripukhri on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, John Barla said "we all must strive together to fulfill the aspirations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas".
He mentioned that the Government under the dynamic leadership of PM Narendra Modi has introduced many welfare schemes for the upliftment of women and minority communities.
Later, the Minister visited the construction site of Sadbhavna Mandap at Saitu-Gamphazol, Kangpokpi and inspected thoroughly the projects running under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK), He was accompanied by Director, MOBC, Ng Bhogen Singh along with staff of MOBC Department and officials of District Administration, Kangpokpi.
