State level essay writing competition held ahead of Youth Convention 2023

Thoubal, April 16 2023:
Khangabok Development Society (KDS) organised a State level essay writing competition in connection with the 2nd edition of Youth Convention 2023 slated to be held on April 29 and 30 at Khangabok Part 2 Multipurpose Community Hall.
A statement issued by KDS publicity secretary Kirankumar Ningthouja has shared that the essay writing competition was based on the topic "Youth as the future pillar of society" and held at Khangabok Higher Secondary School, Khangabok with the participation of 84 students from different educational institutes of the State.

The top three winners will be awarded cash prizes of Rs 3000, Rs 2000 and Rs 1000 respectively along with a certificate each.
Two participants will be awarded consolation prizes of Rs 500 and a certificate each.
The winning essay will be published in the "souvenir" set to be published during the Youth Convention 2023 .
Prize distribution of the essay competition will be held on April 30 during the closing function, it added.
