The State's total COVID-19 positive cases grew by 34 to 366 during the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, people who have completed 14 days of quarantine as a group but test results are not yet available would be discharged for home quarantine.
According to a press release issued by Additional Director (Health) and COVID-19 Common Control Room spokesman Dr Khoirom Sasheekumar Mangang, 10 individuals tested positive for COVID-19 at RIMS last night.
Seven of them are residents of Imphal West, two belong to Ukhrul and one to Kakching district.
Further 13 samples and 11 other samples tested positive today at JNIMS and RIMS respectively.
Of the 24 people (13 males and 11 females) tested positive today, one belongs to Imphal East, one to Imphal West, two to Kakching, two to Ukhrul, six to Noney and 12 to Senapati district.

The total number of active cases as of Thursday is 293 following discharge of seven COVID-19 patients from RIMS and another three from JNIMS today after they tested negative.
It is said that necessary measures have been taken up to begin COVID-19 test at Babina Diagnostics.
Presently, 122 people are undergoing COVID-19 treatment at RIMS, 137 at JNIMS and 34 at Bishnupur district hospital.
As the chance of recovered COVID-19 patients becoming positive again is very low and they cannot infect other persons, people discharged from hospitals after treatment for COVID-19 should not be stigmatised, it added.
Meanwhile, Bishnupur DC Neeta Arambam has notified District Hospital, Bishnupur, JNV Bishnupur, Ngaikhong Khullen High School, St Xaviers School and Moirang Multipurpose School as containment zones.
"Group of quarantine inmates who have all completed 14 days quarantine as a group but test results are not yet declared will be discharged for home quarantine.
They will be under home quarantine till the test results are declared", said a notification issued by Principal Secretary (Health) V Vumlunmang.
If anyone in the group is tested positive after discharge from institutional/community quarantine centres, the person will be taken to hospital/COVID care centre, it said.
The remaining persons of the group who have tested negative and are asymptomatic will continue to remain in home quarantine for 14 days from the date of discharge with regular surveillance for symptoms, said the notification.
It said that inmates of quarantine centres who have tested negative and have not mixed or been in close contact with other inmates whose test results are awaited will be discharged after verification and confirmation by quarantine centre in-charge.
In case, they have mixed with other inmates whose results are awaited, they will be kept in quarantine centres till the results are declared, it added.
