Advisor to Mizoram CM visits Ccpur

Imphal, March 17 2024: Advisor (political affairs) to chief minister of Mizoram, MLA Lalmuanpuia visited Churachandpur district in an unofficial trip and met several leaders of Zo community on Friday.

An Informed source said that the MLA was visiting the district to assess hardships being endured by the Zo community amid the crisis in the state.

Upon his arrival, the MLA met leaders of Zomi Council Steering Committee (ZCSC), Zo United (ZU), Zomi Students' Federation (ZSF), and Mizo People's Council (MPC) .

He also visited buffer zones in the district such as Kangvai, Chingphei and Geljang villages and met ITLF leaders to discuss the situation.
