69 Bn CRPF distributes water tanks

Imphal, January 08 2024: 69 Battalion CRPF under the aegis of IGP Manipur & Nagaland sector CRPF Akhilesh Prasad Singh organised a Civic Action Programme at Kontha Khabam Heibongmakhong in Imphal East district on Monday during which 22 water storage tanks were distributed to the needy villagers of Kontha Khabam village.

In a release the CRPF battalion informed that commandant Bajrang Lal attended the event as chief guest in the presence of officers and personnel of the battalion and prominent persons of the said area including chairman/secretary and members of Kontha Khabam Development Association (KKDA).

The chief guest apprised the gathering that the purpose of organising the programme was to exteridhelping hand to the helpless and needy people of the society.
