Stationery, essential items, cash aid distributed

Kangleipak Students' Association (KSA) stationery items to students displaced due to the ethnic conflict and presently taking shelter in relief camps.
KSA distributed the items to the displaced students at Keibul Ching-mei Makha, Bheido, Napat, Watha Lambi, Torbung and Keibul Makha relief camps.
Continuing distribution of relief materials to relief camps through money donated to AMUCO, Com mittee on Present Issue of Manipur (COPIM) provided relief materials including edibles and clothes to relief camps set up at Wangoo, Nongyaikhong Mapal and Lamjao Junior High School and to village defenders of Wangoo and Tangjeng.
Similarly, Manipur Pradesh Youth Congress Committee, South Asian Fraternity Manipur Unit and Students' Union Club extended monetary aid as well as essential items to the displaced people taking refuge at Kumbi Awang Leikai High School, Langmeidong Higher Secondary School, Kanto Sabal LP School, Kanto Sabal, Kadangband, Kangchup Chingmang and Sagolmang / Khamenlok relief camps.
On the other hand, Karnikos Manipur Cancer Institute and Research in association with Vishwa-nath Cancer Care Foundation organised free OPD camps and medical aid for the distressed people at Central High School, Chalou relief camp.
Medicines, flood supplements and other healthcare essential were also distributed while Helping Our People Everywhere (HOPE) on Saturday extended assistance including food items to the frontline security particularly BSF and state commandos at Sugnu and Serou area of Kakching district, a report conveyed.
