Imphal, January 20 2024: As a part of the year-long Golden Jubilee celebrations of the All Manipur Working Journalists' Union (AMWJU) and the Manipur Press Club, AMWJU in association with the Directorate of Small Savings under the Department of Finance, the Department of Post, Manipur Division, and the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, will be organising an awareness cum account opening camp on National Savings Schemes (NSS), Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural PLI on January 22, 2024, at 11 am in the premises of Manipur Press Club.

"Interested members can get the benefits of the camp and are requested to bring Aadhar, PAN, service IDs, and photos (two copies of passport) in respect of the Small Savings Schemes, PLI, and RPLI", said AMWJU in a release.

The Union also informed that for Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, Aadhar, PAN, passport photos of either of the parents and the birth certificate of the girl child below ten years of age are required.
