Imphal, October 30 2023: Oinam MLA Irengbam Nalini Devi in collaboration with deputy commissioner of Bishnupur distributed blankets to inmates of relief camps set up at Oinam Government Higher Secondary School and Leimaram.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Nalini assured of doing everything she could for ensuring education of students staying in relief camps as well as to fulfil all the daily needs of the inmates.

The distribution programme was also attended by SDO (Nambol) Tongbram Shamkumar.

Meanwhile, Sagolband Constituency Progressive Committee (SCPC) in collaboration with Peace a nd Relief Committee, Sagolband distributed over 300 blankets at various relief camps, including Wangoo Higher Secondary School, Wangoo Ahalup Mayai Leikai community hall, Wangoo Sellungkhong Upper Primary School and Laisoi relief camp in Thanga on Monday.

As per a release, former corporator Ward No.7 Rk Jiten Singh expressed gratitude to Sagolband MLA Rk Imo Singh for the guidance in carrying out the benevolent act.
