Ranji Trophy Plate Group Final : Manipur need 438 runs to beat Bihar

Manipur are in need of 438 runs to beat Bihar for the Ranji Trophy Plate Group title for the season 2022-23 .
Resuming the innings this morning at 156 for 6 (in 48 overs) at Moin Ul Haq Stadium, Patna, Bihar added 179 more runs before they were bowled out after 54 overs today (Day 4) .
With 335 runs in the second innings, Bihar who posted a massive total of 546 runs in the first innings, gave Manipur a target of 545 runs.
Continuing the day, Manipur who had posted a lowly total of 337 runs in the first innings, were at 107 runs for 4 wickets (in 34.4 overs) at Stumps.
Manipur lost Ronald M early as he was trapped in front by Nawaz in the fourth over but Priyojit K and skipper Langlonyamba M forged a second wicket partnership of 78 runs off 138 deliveries to steady the innings before Priyojit departed for 37 runs in the 27th over.
The slump continued with Basir Rahman (1) and P Prafullomani (6) getting out cheaply.
Langlonyamba (44) and Bikash Singh (1) were unbeaten on the crease as the day was called.
Earlier in Bihar's second innings (resumed part), Kishan Singha who scalped five wickets yesterday in the earlier part of the innings, went on to undone Shivam Singh (45) and Veer Pratap Singh to finish with best bowling figures of 7/94 in 43 overs.
RK Rex in the meantime had removed Sachin Kumar who top-scored for Bihar with a century (135 off 152 balls) and Priyojit dismissed Ashutosh Aman for 51 runs to end the innings.
