Free medical camp

Imphal, August 23 2015:
Directorate of Health Services in collaboration with Lions' Club of lmphal Leimarol organised a free medical camp for flood affected people of Kakching at Naohal Lai Lampak, Kakching today.
Around 800 people were treated during the camp by a medical team.
Medical staff members of Jeevan Hospital, Kakching, City Hospital and Research Institute, Imphal and Dr Helena Eye Care were also included in the medical team.
MLA Y Surchandra who also present during the camp said that around 90 per cent of the people of Kakching have been affected by flood.
Keeping in view the possibility of the outbreak of water-borne diseases in the area, the medical camp has been organised.
