JSUGHSS reiterates boycott call

The Joint Students' Union (JSU) of Govt 'Higher Secondary School reiterated that it will continue agitation until the demands for implementation of ILPS and punishment of police personnel involved in the killing of Sapam Robinhood are met.
Pointing out that the indefinite class boycott in schools and coaching centres is still in force, a statement issued by JSUGHSS co-convener, Lagoljam Rajesh Singh said individuals acting in contravention of the boycott call will be held responsible for any incident arising out of it.
Saying that it will continue its hunger strike agitation, the JSU urged all concerned to join the protest and launch different forms of agitation in the demand for formulation of a legislation to protect the indigenous people of Manipur.
It urged the Govt to fulfil the wish and aspiration of the people at the earliest.
Further, JSU urged all concerned to stop activities that are aimed at tarnishing the image and reputation of the students' body.
