Rongmei Lu Phuam-Assam, Manipur & Nagaland (RLP-AM&N) has demanded to award equal share of befitting punishments to parents, local agents and all those who involved in trafficking of children to Jaipur.
In a statement, President of RLP Pnati Gonmei has taken serious note of the fact that many trafficked children from Ukhrul were subjected to sexual exploitation in the hands of one Jacob John, a pseudo pastor of Grace Fellowship, Jaipur.
In a separate statement, President of RLP appealed to the state government to reconsider and review eviction of Kabo Leikai as to allow the affected families to resettle there.
