Aid extended to snake bite victim

Imphal, September 11 2022:
Loktak Battalion of IGAR (S) extended life saving medical assistance to one Salima (22) of Kwakta village in Bishnupur district who was bitten by a snake on her right foot on Thursday around 8.30 pm.
According to PRO IGAR (S), she was brought by her relatives to Battalion's Unit Hospital at 11 pm with minimal local swelling and pain at the site of bite.
The medical staff examined and immediately rendered essential medical care and stabilised her condition.
