Ringui's Got Talent Season-8 launched

The Ringui's Got Talent Season-8, an annual reality show and one of grandest talent hunt events in the hill areas of Manipur was officially launched today at Hotel Classic Grande by decorated youth icon of India Songashim Rungsung, Mister Friendship International 2nd Runner Up and Rubaru Mr India, 2020-2021.RGT season-8 is now a State level competition slated to be held on March 3 and 4, 2023 at Ringui Village during Ringui Luira Phanit, the cultural seed sowing festival in Ukhrul District.
Today's launching function witnessed a myriad cultural showcases and side events, usually participated by various acclaimed artists and state dignitaries.
The event was attended by Jitendra, President, CCSK; Deban Phura advisor AMUCO; Gopen Luwang president IFM; Dr Jiten social activist; AC Raising, Convenor, RGT and Mangashang Ahum, president Dewdrops and well wishers.
Alongside the programme, Songashim Rungsung, Mister Friendship International 2022 2nd Runner-Up was felicitated by valley based CSOs/NGOs like AMUCO, CCSK, IFM, Algorix Venture and well wishers.
The international youth icon has also won 'Influencer of the year 2022 & Social Impact Award 2022'.He is widely known for his persistent advocacy and campaign against drugs and substance abuse in the society.
