State IMA wins 7 awards at annual conference

Imphal, December 28 2021:
The Indian Medical Association, Manipur State Branch (IMA-MSB) has expressed immense joy over its member doctors winning several awards in the 96th Annual National Conference of Indian Medical Association, IMA NATCON 2021 held in Patna on December 27 and 28.A press statement of IMA-MSB informed that Dr Jugindra Sorokhaibam was awarded the IMA Jagdishwarari Mishra Oration Award for his work on the topic Palliative Care-Genesis of Manipur Model.
IMA-MSB was also awarded the IMA National President's Appreciation Award for IMA Membership Drive and IMA National President's Appreciation Award for updation of Email and Mobile.
IMA-MSB past member Dr Rajendra Sinam was awarded the IMA National President's Appreciation Award for Lifelong services while IMA-MSB state secretary Dr Arunkumar Singh Ngangom was conferred with the IMA National President's Appreciation Award for Best IMA Project: Doctors on Pedals, Cycling Project (DOP) and immediate past state secretary Dr Nelson Loitong-bam and CWC member Dr Ashangbam ViVekananda Singh presented with the IMA National President's Appreciation Award.
The statement also mentioned that Dr Jugindra Sorokhaibam was awarded The Academic Entrepreneurship Excellence Award at IMA Headquarters, Delhi on December 19, 2021 .
