Imphal, July 29 2021:
The State Government has informed that form submission of Chief Minister's COVID-19 Affected Livelihood Support Scheme will commence from July 30, 2021 .
The last date of form submission, on the other hand, is August 7 while transfer of benefits (Rs 5,000 in two instalments) to the beneficiaries will begin from August 10, according to an office memorandum issued by the Social Welfare Director, Ng Uttam Singh.
The applicants must be above 18 years of age.
Saying that application forms complete in all respects should be submitted to the office of Deputy Commissioner concerned, he added that one family can submit only one application.
Application format and detailed guidelines of the scheme may be downloaded from the website (www.socialwelfare.mn.gov.in) or can be availed from the office of the respective DCs.

Eligible occupations of the scheme include street vendors, public transport drivers, school van drivers and performing artistes among others.
