Online interaction programme organised

Churachandpur Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) organised an online interaction on climate change with ESMs and local populace of Churachandpur, Bishnupur and Noney districts on the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day on July 28.A press release by issued by PRO of IGAR (South) said that the interaction was organised with an aim to spread awareness on various environmental concerns including climate change, global warming, wildlife protection etc and the importance of nature conservation to combat and mitigate the extinction of flora and fauna including the deteriorating environmental situation to the audience.
The participants were also educated about the importance of much needed peaceful coexistence of human kind with nature and wildlife and its various advantages along with the ways and means of doing it.
