Motbung Auto Assn gives smiles to Sadar Hills orphans

The Motbung Area Auto Association (MAAA) had a day out for the first time visiting orphan children within Sadar Hills yesterday as part of their Christmas Carol.
The 73-member Association gave smile to orphan children of K.Orphanage Children Home, Kanglatongbi, Love All Gospel Service (LOAGOS) Future Academy, Sipijang Saitu-Gamphazol and Agape Children Home, Damdei-Taloulong with a bag of rice and sweets.
The convoy of Auto Riksaws gathered at LS Playground, Motbung at around 11 am in the morning where a simple function was organized in the presence of Pastor Haopu who led the procession of Auto singing Gospel hymns welcoming the coming of Christmas.
A condolence service was also held paying homage to departed members of the Association at the playground.
'We have sacrificed our tight daily activities for a day particularly for those orphan children to ensure that they are not forgotten in the society and also to strengthen their fortitude of livelihood', said Semcha Kipgen, Secretary of the Association.
He continued that Christmas Carol from Kanglatongbi to Kangpokpi has been organized to give message to the people that the Prince of Peace is coming on Earth and prepare to except and give room for the Prince of Peace.
