Litan fire: Inpi, KSO unhappy with Govt

Kuki Inpi, Ukhrul and Kuki Students' Organization (KSO) Ukhrul district have expressed gratitude to MLAs, KNO/KNA Sennai camp, ADC Chairman and members, KBC Mission Department, ATSUM and all who have extended help to the victims of the unfortunate fire at Litan but unhappy with the alleged indifferent attitude of the Govt.of Manipur.
Speaking to media at Litan today, Kh.
Alund, President KSO Ukhrul district said four MLAs namely Samuel Reshom, Victor Keishing , Preshow Shimray and Victor Nunghlung Anal, Ukhrul DC SK.
Chaurasia, ADC Ukhrul Chairman John Rahleng and many have visited the victims but till today the Govt.has not sent not even a single representative.
The student leader also demanded to open a fire sub-station at Yaingangpokpi or at Litan so that the devastating impact of such fire incidents could be reduced in future.
KSO Ukhrul and Kuki Inpi Ukhrul also urged the Govt to give compensation to the victims for rehabilitating them at the earliest.
